Beaumont Hills Park, designed by PLACE Lab as part of the NSW Government’s Parks for People program, transforms previously underused rail land into a vibrant community hub. PLACE Lab led the overall vision and design, shaped through close engagement with local residents.

Key features include multi-purpose courts, a community lawn, and a skate plaza and pump track designed in collaboration with PLAYCE. A colourful mural by artist Beastman brings the space to life. Supported by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and The Hills Shire, the project sets a new benchmark for urban parks—demonstrating how thoughtful design can unlock the potential of underutilised transport corridors.
