We had some real fun developing the master plan for Leschenault Inlet in the southern City of Bunbury.

The plan was developed with community input after a number of community workshops. The creative talents of so many people in one place was testimony that our belief of ‘bottom-up’ ideas are much more powerful than ‘top-down’ ideas. The people who live in a place are certainly more tuned-in to the vibe of the place than we could ever hope to be. The ideas they generated formed the basis of our master plan for the inlet taking in to consideration climate change and adaptation to rising sea levels, community pressures and competing uses along the foreshore and protection of important green infrastructure.
