The 2020 World Landscape Architecture Awards received over 230 entries from across the world including USA, China, Australia, Singapore, Belgium, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Netherlands and many more. The WLA Awards recognises the innovative work of professional landscape architects on the world stage.
We are honoured to hear that the PLACE Laboratory South Perth Foreshore has been shortlisted for the Built Large category!
Thanks to the City of South Perth and the consultants teams Iredale and Pedersen Hook and Engineering Technology Consultants / ETC.
The South Perth Foreshore project has a milestone for PLACE Laboratory, the initial place planning process imagined the gravitas of the site at scale of State icon, regional foreshore parkland and a place for the locals. Community feedback was collected through a comprehensive community consultation program with many of the design ideas being carried through in the design process and realised on site.
