We have completed another vital project in the Midland precinct for DevelopmentWA. The Centennial Place Verge upgrades resolve a missing link to PLACE Laboratory’s works in the Midland area. It connects directly to the Curtin University’s new award winning Midland campus and rejuvenates a street that featured amazing large Plane trees.
Not without it’s project challenges; a snap lockdown in the middle of construction, extremely shallow services and hard compacted ground that meant no excavation could be undertaken for planting and irrigation, Landscape Elements Australia was able to construct a great result and was able to react quickly to these challenges.
