Midland Railway Square – ANZAC Commemoration Service

Works at the Midland Railway Square have completed in time to hold the ANZAC Day Commemorative Service. Following the service the community were able to linger, socialise and enjoy the newly created spaces within the heritage precinct.

The Service was in honour of all current and past members of Australia’s defence forces, particularly the former employees of the Midland Railway Workshops who served in conflicts including World Wars I and II.

The event was coordinated by the MRA in conjunction with the Bellevue Sub-Branch RSL.
